Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview in Marietta, GA is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to oversee nursing operations and supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides.

You will conduct admissions, monitor residents, ensure safety, document thoroughly, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams; strong infection control and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN

What You Will Do
