Job summary

Arcadia Rehabilitation in Pensacola, FL seeks an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate care for residents.

You will supervise medications and treatments, complete admissions and routine assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain clear documentation while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and families. This role offers top pay and benefits in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
