Job summary

MacGregor Downs Health Center by Harborview is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts to oversee medication delivery and resident care. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides while ensuring timely assessments and safety.

The role emphasizes documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams and families, and adherence to infection control standards in a skilled nursing setting. Active RN or LPN license required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
