Job summary

Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lenoir, NC seeks an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team with integrity and compassion. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure adherence to care protocols to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. What You'll Do
