Job Title: RN Unit Manager

Location: Doverwood Village, Hamilton, OH

Salary Range: $72,500 to $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to nursing staff by overseeing daily Nursing Department operations
• Maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations
• Promote excellent customer service and clinical outcomes
• Analyze trends and implement solutions for quality assurance initiatives
• Complete daily documentation and clinical chart reviews
• Oversee staffing levels, work schedules, and staff assignments
• Perform personnel management duties
• Participate in recruiting, training, and staff development

Requirements:

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care laws
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong physical assessment skills
