Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager. You will lead a designated unit, ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, and manage daily operations on the shift.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years of direct long-term care experience plus one year in nursing management. CPR certification and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active NJ RN license with no disciplinary action.
• Minimum 2 years of direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric settings as an RN.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing management experience.
• Current CPR Certification.

Qualifications of an RN Unit Manager

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university,

• An active/ valid NJ (RN) Registered Nurse license; Must have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN.

• Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.

• Current CPR Certification.
