Altera Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fairhope, AL is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. You will provide clinical leadership for your nursing unit while mentoring staff and delivering high quality resident care.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, standard assessments, care planning, and coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to support long-term care and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license.
• Leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight for your assigned nursing unit.

Altera Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. If you're a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast paced skilled nursing environment and enjoys mentoring others while delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to hear from you.

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership for your assigned unit, ensuring high quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for our residents. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in long term care and rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

• Provide day to day clinical oversight for your assigned nursing unit
