Job summary

Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a 3pm-11pm shift to oversee daily nursing operations and patient care outcomes.

You will mentor nursing staff, develop and implement policies to ensure quality care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and lead quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliant, patient-centered care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Alabama.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings.
