Job summary

Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Gadsden, Alabama is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead the clinical team and oversee unit operations. You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate care planning, ensure policy adherence, and drive quality improvements while delivering compassionate resident care.
