Job summary

ExcelCare At Egg Harbor is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the weekend nursing team at our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor LPNs and CNAs, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in line with care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with other departments to support resident needs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Address staff concerns and help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

ExcelCare At Egg Harbor, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.

RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit
• Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
