Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) for a full-time day shift with full benefits. Pay is negotiable based on experience; opportunities for advancement exist and an on-call rotation is required.

The role focuses on care planning, assessments, triage, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within a long-term care setting. Leadership is essential to mentor staff and coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and references.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Care planning: develop and update individual care plans.
• Assessments: conduct admissions, discharges and other needed assessments.
• Triage & interventions: respond to health changes and coordinate with providers.
• Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with regulations.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control.
• Family & team liaison: communicate resident changes to families and team.
• Team oversight & mentorship: train, orient and schedule staff.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs

Assessments: Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed

Triage & Interventions: Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families

Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations

Quality Assurance: Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Team Oversight & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff. Manage staffing schedules and assignments
