Job summary

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN to step into a Unit Manager role, overseeing daily unit operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and leading licensed and non-licensed staff in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical operations, documenting care plans and records, supervising nursing staff, and driving quality assurance initiatives while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
• Prior supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices, long-term care regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
