Job summary

Aventura at West Park is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership on the assigned nursing unit and support the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in Cincinnati, OH.

The Unit Manager will supervise nursing staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with the care team and families to promote exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio RN license is required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar setting is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience as Charge Nurse/Unit Manager or nursing supervisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of MDS and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
• Ability to supervise, motivate staff, and coordinate resident care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Aventura at West Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit while supporting nursing staff, residents, and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, or in a nursing leadership role required

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, resident care, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with care planning, assessments, clinical documentation, and coordination of resident care.

• Knowledge of MDS and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to supervise and motivate nursing staff.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
