The role includes supervising LPNs and CNAs, administering medications, developing care plans, documenting accurately, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ohio RN licensure, ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS, and EMR experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• ADN or BSN degree.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred; long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility. The RN oversees daily clinical operations, assesses resident conditions, implements care plans, and supervises nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.
