Job summary

CMR Recruiting is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for our 156-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Baltimore, MD. This on-site leadership role oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit and supervises the nursing team in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, has SNF/long-term care experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to ensure survey readiness and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long term care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work full time on site in the building.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff on the unit, including scheduling and coaching.
• Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans on the unit.
• Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families on the unit.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role running the day to day clinical operations of a nursing unit, supervising the nursing team, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on care quality and survey readiness.

Qualifications of the RN Unit Manager:

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing
