Job summary

Greenville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Unit Manager (RN) to lead a resident care unit in Greenville, SC. You will coordinate resident care, supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote exceptional outcomes through effective teamwork.

The role is full-time with day shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a competitive pay rate of $38–$39 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO + 401(k) with company match, and loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
• Experience supervising or leading nursing staff
• Strong understanding of resident care planning, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing and supporting nursing staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the resident care unit
• Ensure residents receive quality care per physician orders and care plans
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs
• Monitor resident conditions and follow up on changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
