Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the night shift, supervise staff, ensure resident care quality, and maintain regulatory compliance.

This leadership role serves as a clinical resource for staff, residents, families and providers, with opportunities to grow professionally in a supportive, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic health records; PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shift.
• Provide leadership and support to LPNs, treatment nurses, and CNAs.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care delivery.
• Administer and oversee IV therapy and other skilled nursing services.
• Conduct resident rounds and monitor changes in condition.
• Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.
• Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members; oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure physician orders are implemented accurately and timely.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Review incident reports and ensure proper investigation and follow-up.
• Conduct audits of medication carts, medication rooms, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor infection control practices and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and assist with the development of nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and identifying staffing needs.
• Participate in employee orientation, ongoing education, and training programs.
