Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic health records; PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during the night shift.
• Provide leadership and support to LPNs, treatment nurses, and CNAs.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care delivery.
• Administer and oversee IV therapy and other skilled nursing services.
• Conduct resident rounds and monitor changes in condition.
• Review incident reports and ensure proper investigation and follow-up.
