Requirements include current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification. Office RN and BSN are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone triage, patient education, and care coordination.
• Manage glucose monitor placement, testing, and referrals.
• Process insurance pre-authorizations and maintain exam rooms.
