Full-time position with standard office hours and a 40-hour workweek. Requires active IL RN license, CPR certification, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage and patient education.
• Glucose monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Maintain exam rooms: clean, stock, prepare for visits.
