Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for General Surgery in Naperville, IL. This full-time role includes telephone triage, patient education, glucose monitor placement, and coordination of care under supervision, with some travel to other locations and flexible hours.

Required: Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR, BSN preferred; strong communication in English; ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Office hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by AHA.
• BSN preferred.
• English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Triage via telephone, assess caller needs, educate patients, and refer as needed.
• Place glucose monitor and manage related patient education and referrals.
