Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for General Surgery to support patient care via inbound and outbound calls, perform triage assessments, and coordinate education and follow-up. The role requires Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification; BSN preferred.

Expect regular hours Monday–Friday with occasional travel to other locations and flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage and patient care coordination via inbound and outbound calls.
• Educate patients and coordinate glucose monitor placement.
• Handle insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies.
