Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage to provide telephone-based patient care from Elmhurst, IL. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with typical hours Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm and no travel.

Responsibilities include assessing caller needs, educating patients, and solving problems to ensure quality care. Illinois RN licensure and CPR BLS are required, with strong communication and time-management skills essential.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure required.
• CPR BLS - AHA certification required.
• Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Must be a team player and a self-starter.
• Able to handle high stress and difficult patient situations.
• Excellent time management and basic computer skills.
