Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Gastro to support patient care via inbound/outbound calls. This on-site role in Elmhurst, IL involves phone triage, education, and coordinating glucose monitor placement and referrals while maintaining strong patient relationships.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with two 10-hour shifts and requires flexibility for travel to other locations. Current IL RN licensure and AHA CPR are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by AHA.
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals, clean and stock exam rooms.
