Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Gastro to join our Elmhurst, IL team. This part-time role (20 hours/week across two 10-hour shifts) requires travel to other locations and flexible hours to meet operational needs.

Under supervision, you will perform inbound/outbound telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination such as glucose monitoring placement, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintaining exam rooms. Illinois RN licensure and AHA CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals, clean and stock exam rooms.
