Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL seeks a part-time Registered Nurse Triage (RN) – Gastro to support patient access and care coordination. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, triage needs, and educates patients on care plans.

In this 20-hour/week position, you will perform phone triage, glucose monitor placement, referrals, and related tasks, with two 10‑hour shifts and Mon-Fri hours. Travel to other locations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure is required.
• Active CPR certification by the American Heart Association.
• BSN may be preferred depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and glucose monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and coordinate with Supervisors.
