Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for a part-time role. You will perform inbound and outbound telephone triage, assess callers, educate patients, and coordinate care including glucose monitor placement, referrals, and pre-authorizations.

The position requires Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification, with BSN preferred. Expect two, 10-hour shifts (20 hours/week), with some travel to other locations and flexible hours to meet operations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (AHA) required.
• BSN preferred; office RN experience a plus.
• Ability to work under high stress and multi-task.
• Strong communication in English; physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and glucose monitor placement, testing, prior authorizations and referrals.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and coordinate care with supervisors.
