This full-time, first-shift position involves coordinating with CNAs, charge nurses, and supervisors to deliver prescribed treatments such as dressings and ointments, in accordance with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily with CNAs, charge nurses, and supervisors regarding resident skin conditions and changes in treatment orders.
• Follows physician orders to perform treatments as ordered for assigned units (e.g., dressings, topical medications).
• Works to ensure resident safety and comfort while delivering care.
• Operates and utilizes standard nursing equipment as required.
• Collaborates with the care team to maintain up-to-date care plans.
