Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking an RN Program Coordinator II to lead trauma prevention initiatives across Mercy Hospital and the surrounding community. You will coordinate education programs and collaborate with caregivers to improve patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities include teaching TNCC and Stop the Bleed, conducting trauma screenings, and analyzing injury data for quality improvement. This role operates primarily at Mercy Hospital with some outreach in the community.

Qualifications

• Current valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two years clinical registered nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma and injury prevention initiatives through community outreach and program development.
• Teach courses such as TNCC, Stop the Bleed, Run, Hide, Fight.
• Conduct trauma patient screenings and interventions; partner with community organizations.
• Analyze injury data to identify prevention opportunities and support quality improvement.
• Participate in trauma committees and meetings and promote safety in the community.
