Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma prevention initiatives through community outreach and education.
• Teach courses such as TNCC, Stop the Bleed, and Run, Hide, Fight.
• Conduct trauma patient screenings and interventions.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote safety.
• Analyze injury data to identify prevention opportunities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in trauma committees and meetings.
• Evaluate nursing care practices, report deficiencies, and take corrective action.
• Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 2+ years clinical registered nurse experience

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• TNCC (trauma nurse core course) instructor preferred
• Stop the Bleed instructor preferred
