OneLegacy is seeking a Procurement Transplant Coordinator II (RN) to oversee organ procurement in hospital ICUs and recovery centers. You will manage donor referrals, optimize organ function, and coordinate with hospital teams to support the donation process.

The role demands 12-hour shifts, travel within the Donor Service Area, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. An RN license and 2+ years in critical care are essential; BSN preferred, ACLS/PALS required within orientation.

Formación

• RN license is required and current.
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care/ICU or ER experience.
• ACLS/PALS must be completed within orientation period; BCLS required at employment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to donor referrals and evaluate suitability to optimize donation.
• Coordinate logistics for organ procurements within OneLegacy's Donor Service Area.
• Maintain accurate charting in digital systems and ensure compliance with policies and UNOS standards.
• Support hospital staff and families, and deliver clinical care aligned with donor management protocols.
• Travel within the service area to assigned hospitals and recovery centers as needed.
