The coordinator assesses needs, coordinates care, educates stakeholders, and ensures effective communication across the transplant team and payers.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas RN license, have at least three years of clinical experience, and preferably a BSN.

Qualifications

• RN with Texas license required or pending licensure.
• Minimum three years of recent clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and coordinate care throughout the transplantation process.
• Educate patients and families and communicate the plan of care to the transplant team and payers.
