Job summary

Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant is seeking an Abdominal Transplant Coordinator I, an RN who will coordinate the transplant evaluation and post-transplant care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow.

You will work with patients and families from evaluation through post-transplant care in a compassionate, tactful manner to facilitate access and continuity of care within the transplant program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program; BSN preferred.
• A valid Texas RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth flow of the transplant evaluation and post-transplant care process.
• Support patients and their families from evaluation through post-transplant stages with compassionate care.
• Provide clinical services and patient care activities to facilitate access and continuity of care in the transplant program.
