Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an RN Transplant Coordinator to guide patients and families through the transplant journey. The coordinator assesses needs, coordinates care, educates stakeholders, and ensures effective communication across the transplant team and payers.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas RN license, have at least three years of clinical experience, and preferably a BSN.

Qualifikationen

• RN with Texas license required or pending licensure.
• Minimum three years of recent clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Transplant Coordinator is responsible for assessment of needs, education, and coordination of the care patients and their families require throughout the transplantation process. The Coordinator communicates all aspects of the plan of care with patients, families and other members of the Transplant Team, other health care providers, and payers.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Three years recent clinical experience

Minimum License and Certificates Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
