Job summary

Licensed RN with 1+ year of transplant experience is required; BSN, CCTC, and ACLS are preferred. Strong clinical judgment, teaching ability, and collaboration with organ procurement and medical teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with at least 1 year of experience.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• BSN preferred; CCTC and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practice: assess transplant patients across all care phases with autonomy.
• Coordinate evaluation for pre-transplant (referral) patients to ensure optimal resource use.
• Assess post-transplant function and plan additional interventions as needed.
• Facilitate scheduling of studies/procedures with fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and implement protocols/standards of care for transplant patients with the team.
• Educate patients, families, and care teams about transplantation.
