Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population.
• Collaborate with patient, caregiver and multidisciplinary team to plan across the care continuum.
• Provide consistent education to patient and family.
• Provide leadership through committees, quality improvement and research.
• Follow ANA, UNOS, and FACT guidelines; TN sponsorship eligibility.
