Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate care for transplant patients across the care continuum. You will collaborate with patients, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to assess needs and plan care, while ensuring education and support.

In this role, you will apply ANA standards, maintain BLS, and work flexible hours. A valid RN license and ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program graduate are required, with 1 year of RN experience (3 years preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care across the continuum.
• Assess data and plan with patient, caregiver, and team.
• Provide patient and family education on a consistent basis.
• Lead through committees and quality improvement initiatives.
