Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to manage the coordination of all aspects of care for the transplant patient population. You will plan with patients, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team, addressing age-specific needs and providing education across the care continuum.

Ideal candidates hold an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing degree, RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.

Formación

• RN license in good standing.
• Graduated from ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care.
• Collaborate with patient, caregiver and healthcare team across the care continuum.
• Provide patient and family education consistently.
• Lead quality improvement and research activities within transplant program.
