Job summary

Villa at Willow Place seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide licensed care to residents, administer medications, and participate in care planning on site. You will document observations, monitor patient status, and work with a team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must hold a valid RN license in the state.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Handover and receive nursing reports at shift changes.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Supervise CNA services to ensure compliant care delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document care.
• Transcribe physician orders into charts and MAR accurately.
