Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning patient care.
• Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend staff meetings.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
