Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a compassionate, high-quality environment. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to support assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care for underserved populations.

As part of a warm team, you will administer medications, monitor patient progress, and educate patients. This role offers ongoing training and avenues for advancement within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of California or where employed.
• CPR certification required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual patient care.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed.
• Document nursing encounters and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Provide patient education under supervision of Charge Nurse(s).
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as necessary.
