Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Current RN licensure within the state of employment is required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse oversight.
• Administer medications and support diagnostic tests as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policy for clinical duties.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend staff meetings.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel.
