Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Full-time Mobile Medicine transfer coordinator to manage patient transfers with emergent and complex needs. The role requires ADN with RN licensure and 3+ years in nursing, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

You will work on-site from 7p–7a, 36 hours per week, earning $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Responsibilities include triage assessments, interfacility collaboration, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license in relevant state (North Carolina)
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong data gathering and triage能力

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient transfers with emergent and complex needs
• Perform triage assessments to determine care level and subspecialty
• Act as liaison between referring and receiving facilities; document transfer requests

• Document all transfers in EMR and transfer-center software; prepare monthly reports
• Participate in quality and safety improvement activities
