Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with SC license and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of RN work experience.
• Leadership roles (Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor/Manager) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and patient flow/throughput in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers and admissions for MUSC and non-MUSC facilities.
• Direct bed requests and manage inpatient/outpatient flow.
• Collaborate with Patient Placement and hospital teams to optimize throughput.
