Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Training & Development Specialist RN to standardize onboarding for clinical staff across Minnesota affiliates. The role requires coordinating training events, developing materials, and traveling to health centers for hands-on coaching.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality training aligned with PP’s mission, managing sessions, and supporting staff development while working a flexible schedule with periodic evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in MN/IA/NE or able to obtain before start date.
• One year of RN experience.
• Current BLS certificate for healthcare providers.
• Experience effectively training and supporting new employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and trains newly hired clinical staff across roles in health center settings.
• Develops training materials and programs for new services and staff onboarding.
• Designs and evaluates training to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
