Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and health information telephonically using physician-approved protocols.
• Explain medical procedures and offer referrals to physicians or community resources.
• Perform discharge follow-up and disease-management calls using health surveys.
• Maintain professional communication with callers and teammates.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision in a call-center setting.
