Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse for Telemetry - FT days. New grads may apply. The role involves nursing care, medication administration, and patient monitoring in a 3P2 telemetry unit in Deer Valley, Phoenix. Sign-on bonus up to $10K is offered.

The RN provides patient education, collaborates with physicians and the health care team, and ensures adherence to ANA standards and stroke protocol requirements.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona or eligibility required.
• Associates degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• New grads may apply and participate in the program.
• BLS certification is required; other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, therapies, and IVs per orders.
• Monitor patient status and document care and outcomes.
• Develop and revise care plans with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and home needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Ensure stroke/telemetry protocols and quality indicators.
