Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 2 North medical-surgical unit. This 24-hour/week role features rotating shifts, weekend/holiday rotation, and part-time benefits eligibility.

The nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care on a telemetry-capable unit, collaborates with the care team, and participates in ongoing professional growth within a community hospital setting near Boston.

Competenze

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Mansioni

• Deliver patient-centered care using the Nursing Process from assessment to plan and evaluation.
• Coordinate with care teams and utilize interpreter services for limited English proficiency patients.
• Provide patient teaching and health education to patients and families.
• Support age-appropriate care and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain unit competencies and adhere to safety and infection control policies.
