RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced RN for the System-Wide Float Pool in New Jersey. This role involves floating among sites to gain exposure to a broad telemetry patient care scope, with assignments typically three months per site and regional float options.

The position emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, safety, and professional growth, offering a full-time, day shift schedule (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), with weekend/holiday rotations and a 36-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey RN license and valid BLS/ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of medical/surgical telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred or to be completed within 5 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify clinical changes.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate timely care decisions.
• Provide clear education to patients and families for next steps in care.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and promote effective communication.
• Engage in a collaborative team culture and pursue ongoing professional growth.
