Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Teletriage in the Wake Forest Health Network: Catawba - Internal Medicine. The role supports patients via telephone, email, and portals to coordinate care and ensure timely test results.

Required is an RN license with acute care experience; BSN preferred. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, based in North Carolina with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with two years of acute care experience required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/family centered care and supports patients to meet health goals.
• Uses telecommunication technologies to assess patients and coordinate care.
• Schedules and follows up on tests and results with providers.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
